MEL DODD, PROGRAM DIRECTOR, RMIT ARCHITECTURE
Mel Dodd is an architect and academic and RMIT Architecture Program Director. She is a member of the international art and architecture collaborative practice MUF, and the founder member of MUFAUS, an innovative, multi-disciplinary and research based practice, which carries out a diverse range of projects operating socially-engaged art practice, landscape architecture, urban design and architecture. She has expertise in initiating and implementing pioneering forms of collaborative and participatory approaches that engage people in the process of designing and making places and she has been responsible for major projects in the public realm, with extensive experience of liaising with local authorities and government agencies to achieve provocative and robust project outcomes.
